And since we want to be reflected upon with positive recommendations we will make anything you purchase "right" for as long as we are in business.
Now that is a broad statement, and we mean it.
Since we make every effort to use the best materials, some times wood is wood, and has a mind of it's own. We can't change that but we can fix or replace it for you, which is what we will do for as long as we are in business. We will work with you to arrange pick-up or delivery.
Now say someone runs it over with a bulldozer, well we will try to salvage what we can to reduce your replacement cost, but we can't cover every circumstance.
Proper care should be evident as well (now days we are talking about once every 6 years or so, now that is low maintenance), unfinished products left outside un- protected (quality stain or paint) will under perform over time.
So buy with confidence you are covered.
