A: typically unfinished products ship within 3-5 days, staining takes an additional 3 days (yes the stain needs three days to dry) however from time to time we do get backed up. At the time of your order we will let you know when you can expect your shipment BEFORE you pay.

A: As much as I hate it I have to charge a 25% deposit now at the time of order.
